Rosehill TPV®
We don't supply generic wet-pour granules. We engineer long-life polymer systems — every granule made in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire.
A division of Rosehill Group, delivering innovative surface solutions from our Yorkshire manufacturing facility
Rosehill Sports & Play manufactures Rosehill TPV® coloured rubber granules and the Flexilon® range of polyurethane binders and adhesives. Every granule is made at our Sowerby Bridge factory in West Yorkshire, giving us full control over formulation, processing and quality — from raw polymer to finished granule.
Since 2000 we have produced more than 125,000 tonnes of granule, surfacing over 12 million square metres across every significant climate zone on earth. Architects and designers specify Rosehill TPV® because its performance is documented — installations still flexible, safe and full of colour after 17 years of Australian sun.
Rosehill was established in 1988 as an advanced materials company, formulating polyurethanes, rubber compounds and advanced polymers for rail, highways, energy and defence. Sports & Play draws on that same Group R&D to keep improving what a wet-pour surface can do.
Comprehensive expertise from research and development through to manufacturing and technical support
Our Yorkshire facility heats and sets each granule in one continuous step — stability is manufactured, not discovered.
Our experienced polymer scientists lead innovation efforts, developing new solutions to meet evolving market demands.
Every batch undergoes comprehensive testing to named European standards, so performance is documented rather than asserted.
Expert guidance from specification through installation, ensuring optimal results for every project.
Nearly four decades of advanced materials manufacturing, documented in the field
Driving innovation whilst maintaining our responsibility to the environment and our customers
Non-toxic, non-allergenic formulations and longer-lasting products that reduce replacement frequency. And because Rosehill TPV® needs less binder than EPDM, each installation uses less material — and less embodied carbon.
ISO 9001 quality management ensures consistent product quality, with every batch tested, traceable and monitored throughout production.
Dedicated technical support and ongoing consultation to ensure project success, from initial specification through to long-term maintenance guidance.
Investment in research and development, staying current with industry developments and creating new opportunities for our customers.
